The agreement for using DRIFT

By using DRIFT, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
DRIFT is a personal tool that helps you stay close to the people who matter. You agree to use it only for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse the app or interfere with its operation.
You are responsible for the names, notes, and details you add about other people. You confirm you have a legitimate reason to keep this information and will handle it respectfully.
DRIFT Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly or Annual) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

DRIFT, its design, and its content are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the app working but provide it "as is."
You may stop using DRIFT at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
These terms, together with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your use of DRIFT.
